All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We do our best to ship all orders placed before 2:30 PM PST on the same business day, otherwise they will ship on the next business day. Orders will be shipped via your selection (UPS / USPS Priority). Orders received on the weekends will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received on Holidays will be shipped the following normal business day.
All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you.
We only ship to the United States, and only ship to regular addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Rates
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Local Delivery
Available for our neighbors in zipcodes: 90731, 90732, 90274, and 90275. This delivery option will be activated during checkout based on your shipping address zipcode. We will contact you within 24-48 hrs of receipt to schedule a delivery time. Orders made before 12:00 PM PST can typically be delivered on the same business day.
Local Pickup
Available free of charge. Simply order online and we will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you ordered, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

Seaside Pharmacy is a retail store open to the public. We carry all the items you see here online and more! We have a brilliant staff waiting to help you try any item before you buy. See our Map and Hours page for more information on how to find us.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Any item returned after 15 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee. No item is returnable after 30 days. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the appropriate button. We will review the return request and a sales specialist will contact you with further instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellations - If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
Seaside Pharmacy accepts the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your credit card numbers are entered through our secure server and these numbers are not stored for your security.
Paypal is also a secure and an accepted form of payment.
Seaside Pharmacy takes every precaution to protect our customer’s information. When sensitive information is sent (such as your credit card number) to us via our order form, that information is encrypted and protected with SSL, the current industry-standard encryption protocol. When you are on such an SSL-protected page, a picture of a closed lock appears at the bottom or top of some Web browsers.
We keep our customers' information private and confidential. We ensure strict measures to protect all your information and have a strict policy against selling, lending or renting any personal information you provide us during your visit to our online store. Any personal information we collect during your visit, we use with your prior knowledge and consent, and we use only to properly process and fulfill your order and to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personal information. Your name and address will not show up on any mailing lists, other than our own - and that's only if you request it. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, just let us know and we will delete your information immediately.
Our shopping cart should automatically calculate any taxes during the checkout process. We charge taxes listed below.
California residents pay: 9.75% sales tax

Warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when purchased through SeasidePharmacy.com. Please contact manufacturer directly for any warranty service required.
It's easy to refill, check the status your prescriptions, or receive refill reminders via e-mail using Refill RX. You simply need your Patient ID and head over to our Prescription Site.
Prescriptions are only available for in store purchase/pickup.
